All products sold by KHATTAATT are digital downloads (vector and video files) delivered instantly upon purchase.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

If you have not yet accessed or downloaded your files, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request.

For all other customers, we are unable to accept refunds or returns on digital downloads. However, we gladly provide full support if there is any issue.
